“I have not tested the product as yet but I would like to comment on Aussiestormshopâ€™s excellent customer service. We had a minor issue with the packaging of the Katadyn product which was delivered very quickly through eBay. We phoned the company, yes it is good to have an actual number to call, and they mailed a new one mail with return packaging included - fantastic. . The people were very nice to speak to, opperated professionally and were very fast and efficient in their response. Great customer service! If you are in Australia, I would definitely recommend using this company instead of overseas EBay mergents.”
