“Just FYI the testing is done in the US. We sent our samples away 5 weeks ago and recieved confirmation that the tests were in the lab 2 weeks ago. Now received an email saying that was not the case and that email was automated in error. There are hold ups in US customs and samples aren't even tested yet and no idea when it will be resolved. We could take a refund but we've already been waiting 5 weeks so it seems like a waste of time. Although the kits are user-friendly it just seems like a very long wait for this day and age.”
“The delivery of the test kit from Aussie Vet Products was fast, the issue sits with Orivet, it's a bit slow to get results but worth it as we found out very interesting info about our dog's breeds.”
