“I wanted to like this. I thought it was going to be straight forward, take a swab and send it in… however the app does not work.
You register and then go to activate and it doesn't work. The links that Orivet send, do not work and then you ring the customer help and they don't answer or call back.
Emailed and awaiting a response… its been 4 days.”
“At this stage all I can say it was quick delivery to receive the test. I am still waiting for the test to come back. So I cannot review what the test is like as yet. But it has an app where you can keep track and they let you know when they receive the test which is pretty good”
