“Much better than using Dextrose. Add 3l quality apple juice, leave out the sweetener, ferment at as low a temperature as possible and you will be set for a nice medium to dry cider.”
“Makes any Mangrove Jack kit excellent. Forget about the chemical sweetener, just use this. Even better with an extra 250g light dried malt and 3 litres of Golden Circle juice ( flavour matched to the kit) for extra flavour and kick! Leave for a few weeks and....presto! Highly recommended.”
