“I am new to brewing and saw the spiced rum advertised stating that the pack was all I needed to make 4 litres of fininshed rum. I was unaware that I needed 4 litres of filtered spirits as well and when I called your help desk I probably asked the wrong questions and as a result I received the wrong answers. I actually prurchased 2 flavour sachels as well thinking they were the alcohol mixes that I needed. Obviously they are not what is required. The instructions received were not clear to me and probably because I am new to this and asked the wrong questions. I am not happy but was willing to just bin what I had purchased and put it down to my error”
