“I ordered this shirt about 2 weeks ago and unfortunately, it did not fit me. The shirts run too small. I issued a return about a day after receiving the package (which took a week to arrive) and it’s been a week since the returns team was supposed to reach out with instructions on how to return the item. I was asked to fill out a form online and to wait to hear back. “Easy returns” is what this company claims but it hasn’t been my experience at all and it’s been very frustrating to be stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit! Do not waste your money! I hope this company reaches out soon and does the right thing: to help customers and ensure they are happy with their purchase. So far, they have not been able to meet the expectations on how to treat a customer.”
