“We bought this gate to use in our motorhome partly because it suggested no fixing was required. Why then are four screws supplied and the caps have holes drilled in them? I have been able to fit the gate but only after adding extra support blocks to spread the load as the pressure needed to make the gate operational would otherwise damage the walls. The tag on the gate tells you that substantial pressure is needed and the inclusion of a tightening tool indicates that this is a design feature. The fit is good and, fortunately, I had the skills and the materials to make it work.”

“Gate arrived earlier than expected which was great. Very light despite the quality of the build. Not the easiest to install if you don’t keep the cable ties intact - only cut the ties once you have positioned and fixed the gate! Lock is easy to use. It’s the perfect height for my cat who hasn’t yet figured out he can probably jump over. Only reason I took a star off was because one of the pressure pads got stuck on the tightening nut so I had to secure the one corner with a block instead of adjusting the screw length. Overall I’d buy this again if I needed a bigger size, different colour etc”
