“The body of the stroller first arrived with a defect on one side, the body was immediately peeling away from the frame so we sought a replacement. The replacement arrived with no tracking number, luckily I was home that day to accept it but this time it had no wheels. Bugaboo informed me that the wheels from the old frame aren't compatible with the new frame so we have to wait for more parts again. Not a good experience and not impressed by how disorganised the replacement process is.”

“Handy pram that can lie flat and be suitable for babies. However the seat height is rather low and my 2 year old is growing out of it. The folding mechanism is also a little more complicated than the ads.
Also when folded, pram remains rather large and long as the handle doesn’t completely telescopic into itself.”
