“These were too large. Probably my fault as I didn't listen to the warning that they were extra large for size. I had felt that an all round bigger amount of room in the sole would have been ok, but it was the extra height between the top of my foot and the top of the clog that made them unacceptable. The lady on the phone discussing my exchange was extra helpful, physically checking that an alternative was available in the sale, in spite of the computer saying "no." I'm a happy customer”
