“Ordered size 9 men’s shoes, Not 12....had to send them back as were too small never had to ever buy size 10. They Exchanged them over no problem. But still too small. Should have got size 11. I bought ladies size 7, these were too big, but too big you can still wear them, too small you can’t! Looks like I get another size 7 pair though they are a 9.”
