“This wood pulp basket works fine, but don't buy the basket for the pattern. The dough does sometimes get the nice knot pattern impressed on it, but if the bread has any oven spring at all the pattern disappears.”

“Yeah used them for the first time. Bread proofed really nice. Best loaves I've made since making bread.”
