“I make a couple of loaves of sourdough at home every week and I needed a better way to mix my dough! This whisk is strong and sturdy. It cuts right through, mixing thoroughly without the dough getting stuck in the loops. I used it to make cookies yesterday. The recipe called for a stand mixer and cautioned against overbeating. This danish whisk acted as a handheld mixer paddle attachment. You couldn’t even tell I didn’t have a mixer in the finished product! I’m very pleased with my purchase.”
