“The size is NOT 11 x 14 - the top and bottom of the poster is blank. It won't fit the frame I brought and I will have to purchase a custom frame - a cost I was not anticipating”

I've checked your order and actually, the size you ordered is 24x36 in, not 11x14 in. If you received the wrong size, please take a photo of the measurement tape on the poster and send it to us.
