“I ordered this on October 25 and received it November 25. I emailed to ask about progress of product and didn't receive any response...ever. I see your business is located in San Francisco but product was mailed from China? Why not let customer know how long it will take to receive product and where it's coming from? Very poor customer service and will need recommend your business. Update: If you look again, yo will find a second email I'm referring to that went unanswered. I'm 99% sure you chose to overlook that one for your customer reviews.”
