“I'ma dissatisfied customer. I purchased a product from your website several weeks before Christmas with no warning that it would not be delivered before Christmas. After 10 days I emailed them and was told because of covid they had a limited staff and because they make the products AFTER they are ordered. Then I was told my order was lost in China! My product showed up 1/9/2021. I will never order from this company again. You have nerve sending me a request for a review.”

Normally, it takes 5-7 days to process and the next 7-9 days to arrive. However, the shipping and delivery time have taken longer than expected due to the overload of orders recently and the Global impacts of COVID-19, the shipping process might be delayed sometimes.
