“This “rug” was so lightweight that it was folded (now creased) into an envelope & fit in my small mailbox! I am very disappointed in the poor quality & I would be embarrassed to give as a gift as I had intended.”

Thanks for your feedback. The rugs are used a soft material so it's quite lightweight.
Secondly, because the area rugs are large in size, they have to be folded to deliver easier. The creases will go away through the time you use it.
