The package arrived about a week later and, after having some issues with remote, I contacted Customer Support who told me they'll pass the details on and someone would get in touch shortly.
This was a week ago now and I'm still waiting.
I'd like to rate Battery Mate higher but as fas as I'm concerned, Customer Support has been a let down.”
