“The first battery I ordered for my Dyson V10 was a dud, couldn't charge it up. But I must say there was no problem at all in getting a replacement, very courteous and prompt, and the new battery works great. Holds plenty of charge, lasts ages. So overall I'm very pleased with the service, I just took off one star because the first battery was a dud!”
