I contacted Battery Mate and they quickly looked into the problem and decided to send another battery. This time through no fault of Battery Mate the delivery was slow. I made contact with Battery Mate and advised slowness.
They then took it upon themselves to credit my account for the total battery cost.
This was a very kind and appreciated.
To summerise,
Battery Mate had a delivery problem that was out of their control due to various issues. However, they did everything possible to ensure the customer was happy.
