“Great service, super quick delivery! I have sent a query via your website as the DVD is not showing picture on tv. The DVD turns on, can hear it playing, but nothing showing on TV. Have tried all USB ports etc to no avail. Have I purchased the wrong connector? A JB HiFi staff member recommended this particular connector on you website as they were out of stock. “Prompt delivery. Unfortunately the cable did not work to connect my DVD player to my TV. I had to get a special box from JB Hifi to make the device work.”
