After communicating with Battery Mate online and saying I was patiently waiting, and getting a response that you the Battery Mate on line service saying you got my response the remote came almost 4 weeks after I ordered it. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and could have got one at a battery shop in Canberra on the same day. So that one is my fault for being lazy but your fault for taking way too long.
