2) regarding the product, I had difficulty in unscrewing
to open the remote handset.
I used my smallest screwdriver to open it but couldn't and damaged one of the two remotes I ordered....
I think perhaps the screw could be made slightly larger but I understand that production system can't be altered that easily.
I'm happy with the product otherwise.
It was very smooth and stress free from ordering to delivery.
