“Placed an order for 5 items. The only item we contacted battery mate for was for the Dyson power floor head as it doesn’t fit our Dyson. We recieved an email saying they are sensing a replacement nearly three weeks ago now. But all of a sudden they are not replying to any emails that we have sent nor have they sent the replacement or even offered a full refund on the item. Totally disgusted.”
