I phoned Battery Mate and explained my concerns, after speaking with a guy there he made it easy explained the difference offend my concerns but what I was impressed with was he said look Bernadette we are happy if you want to return the goods but truthfully your battery was older this one is the same voltage and will last longer. I decided to install it and are happy. The guy on the phone was patient and spoke nicely for that helped me be satisfied.”
