“This 3rd party replacement battery is easy to install and has more than twice the capacity of the original. We received one poorly packaged and damaged however Battery Mate promptly sent us a replacement. The only criticism is that the charging socket barrel is off centre in the plastic housing which makes the plug difficult to remove.”

“The Battery was received 5 days ago and works very well. I cannot comment on how long it will last but believe letting the Battery cool after using and before charging will help battery life so plan on adhering to this.
The only problem that I experienced is related to the time it took between order and receiving in Perth area. Received notification the day after ordering from Ausy Post that they received paperwork and would be delivering. The problem is this was never updated. 2 wks after order there was still no update so contacted Battery Mate & was informed that Ausy Post had not picked up from them yet. The followup was a bit confusing as it was delivered to our house within 2 hours after our reaching out to BatteryMate. We feel it must have been sourced within Perth for immediate delivery for this to happen. I guess I should have reached out earlier. Thanks you!”
