The delivery company, Fastway aka Aramex, was terrible.
After a week or so, I checked the tracking number and saw that it was 2/3 across the country.
When it didn't arrive a week later and rang up for a status update.
They could not tell me anything and would not do anything other than put a "priority' on it.
A week later, they messaged me to say that my issue was resolved, by them telling me nothing.
The checked the tracking number and found that it allegedly had been a Perth for days.
I rang up to see whether I could pick the goods up.
I was told that I could not pick the goods up and they had no idea when they would be delivered.
The goods finally arrived and at no point did the delivery company give me any information or make any effort to make enquiries to the relevant depot on my behalf.
I advise all vendors on eBay to avoid Fastway/Aramex because they will attract bad reviews for otherwise good service / products.”
