“The reason I ordered this product is because when we have blackouts, I have to watch my phone lose charge and now that we have landlines that have to be connected to the NBN, it's the only way I can communicate. I googled and found your battery charger and ordered one straight away. I was amazed when it arrived the very next day. My only problem was that after charging the 2 lights stayed on, draining the charger. I emailed you but waited so long for an answer, that I googled and found the answer - click the on/off button twice, quickly. When I finally received an answer from you it was to advise that you didn't know how to turn it off. Thank goodness for google.”
