They are of zero use for their intended purpose. When you open the "flap" the hinge does not open "flush", it opens wider than the fitting. putting on the spacers doesn't help, because they are also too big and cutting them down would make them none water proof. Not what you want in a 240VAC power outlet! I will not be using them outside in any position. And right now have no need for them inside. I'll keep them - "just in case". Would I buy them again? NO!
