“I received the filter promptly but unfortunately, a part was broken and the rear button was not operable. Battery Mate responded promptly to my enquiry and posted me a replacement unit, which fitted reasonably well to my Dyson V6 unit. The quality is okay, but well below Dyson standards and the rear button does not operate as well as the original unit, as it gets stuck. I am happy with this product for the price, but will probably buy the Dyson filter next time. Battery Mate service and follow-up were excellent.”
