“Letting the panels expand before separating them seems to work better.
For any panels that haven't fully expanded, you can gently tease up the foam by hand if it's a small area, or if it's a bigger problem, soak them in water, squeezing several times.”

“Delivery time was really fast. Foam seems to be squashed on one side due to the vacuum seal and hasn’t returned to normal shape after 2 weeks. Will need to slice off the affected areas to be able to used the tiles.”
