“Slight problem but resolved fast. Only 1 battery was delivered after ordereing 2. Called and the company relized their error and sent me second one 2 day mail. Other than waiting a little longer to get my power chair going all turned out well.
Customer service was very helpful! Most places or people don't admit when they made a mistake.”
“The batteries arrived fine despite the serious lack of packaging. Itxs a miracle that they got to my door, says A LOT about FedEx and how well they handled the package.
The top of the box had come opened and the box was far from adequate for the 54lbs but f weight. And again no packing materials of any kind in the box.
As for the batteries I havenxt used them yet but they are installed and ready.”
