“the belt wasn't long enough to fit my Kubota deck, I rang and was told they had two other belts one at 25mm longer and another at 50mm longer. I could return the belt and they would send a replacement at no additional cost or for a full refund. I sent the belt back, but nothing has been heard since, no replacement belt or refund. i requested a belt 50mm longer. frustrated that the phone call was not followed up with action by the company.”
