When I advised Beauty Affairs they sent a new bottle straight away free of charge. Unfortunately this order did not arrive so when I advised them of this Anna at Client Care sent me a new bottle straight away but along with this she also sent me the matching conditioner, and my favourite full cleanser to say sorry. “Australia Post lost my package - I had to wait 1 month before they deem it lost. Australia Post then tell me I have to contact the seller which I did on 22nd December. I received the replacement on Christmas Eve at 6pm via courier - just in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present for my daughter.
