As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.”

Customer service even assisted me and replaced my order when I made the silly mistake of selecting the wrong delivery address. I didn't expect them to but they went above and beyond.
