Therefore, I purchased a few items and although I had an issue, they quickly sorted it out. Based on them selling authentic products and their good customer service I will purchase again and highly recommend them.”
“I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. “Beauty Affairs has great sales and I find their postage very quick and easy. I also love that they’re using less waste in their packaging with recyclable box, stuffing etc. I’d like if they stopped sending samples out though as there is so much single use packaging but I know you can opt out in your shopping cart if you’d prefer not to receive them”
