Not only are they comparable on price their customer service blows the others out of the water. As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.”
“I've only bought from Beauty Affairs a few times, but each time my purchase has arrived fairly quickly (within 2-3 days max for metro delivery). Customer service even assisted me and replaced my order when I made the silly mistake of selecting the wrong delivery address. I didn't expect them to but they went above and beyond. The only drawback is that the website can be a bit clunky with multiple pop ups, but it's not such an issue that it would stop me from purchasing.”

“They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that. If I ever want to gift someone, I know some cosmetic products I will be going through Beauty Affairs.”
