“They're very professional and know their skin, but I don't like how bad the parking is. Appointments can take up to two hours, and you have to have them feed the meter for you or you'll get a ticket. Even though I use a fed meter, each time I go, I get a $120 parking ticket. This is crazy, and it almost makes the appointments pointless. I wouldn't go back if there was a good facial room nearby because of the parking.”

“They ensured that the items were as secure as possible with some butchers paper (which is very common to use) and none of the products appeared to be damaged on the packaging, they also included a freebies, which is a nice thing that did make me want to write a review since they didn't have to do that.
