“I purchased the eye lifting treatment, and at no stage was it indicated that this would be an introductory session, which I only discovered upon attending. The marketing and booking process did not make this clear, and as a paying customer, I expected a full treatment as advertised.Upon arrival, I was escorted to a room with a gentleman who, while personable and charming, appeared to have a sales rather than a clinical background. Much of the initial time felt focused on upselling and promotion rather than providing information about the treatment itself, which made the visit feel more like a sales consultation than a professional beauty or clinic appointment.The most concerning aspect, however, was that the beautician performing my treatment was clearly unwell, with visible congestion and sneezing and breathing into my face throughout the procedure. Given that I have an important medical treatment and overseas trip in the coming days, this presented a significant and unnecessary health risk. It was surprising and disappointing that the beautician did not wear a mask and gloves, particularly in a clinical setting where hygiene and infection control should be a priority.While I was impressed with the technology used and am open to returning if the results are as promised, the lack of transparency about the treatment type, the sales-driven approach, and the disregard for basic hygiene protocols have left me hesitant to recommend this service at present.”
