As soon as you have an issue that requires customer service to be, involved you notice the huge difference. Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.”
