Beauty Affairs went to lengths to resolve an issue where I purchased the incorrect skincare product while on offer. The process of exchanging it, even though the product wasn't on offer anymore, was very easy and definitely far better than my experience with other sites.”

Customer service even assisted me and replaced my order when I made the silly mistake of selecting the wrong delivery address. I didn't expect them to but they went above and beyond. The only drawback is that the website can be a bit clunky with multiple pop ups, but it's not such an issue that it would stop me from purchasing.”
