“The item didn’t arrive, after chasing up for a reply I was told they didn’t have any and that they would issue a refund, which still hasn’t happened so I have had to lodge a fraud case with the bank, bad service, will never shop here again, scam site”
“Beauty Affairs has great sales and I find their postage very quick and easy. I also love that they’re using less waste in their packaging with recyclable box, stuffing etc. I’d like if they stopped sending samples out though as there is so much single use packaging but I know you can opt out in your shopping cart if you’d prefer not to receive them”

“Australia Post lost my package - I had to wait 1 month before they deem it lost. Australia Post then tell me I have to contact the seller which I did on 22nd December. I received the replacement on Christmas Eve at 6pm via courier - just in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present for my daughter.
