“I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere.
