I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. “Australia Post lost my package - I had to wait 1 month before they deem it lost. Australia Post then tell me I have to contact the seller which I did on 22nd December. I received the replacement on Christmas Eve at 6pm via courier - just in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present for my daughter.
