“I've only bought from Beauty Affairs a few times, but each time my purchase has arrived fairly quickly (within 2-3 days max for metro delivery). Customer service even assisted me and replaced my order when I made the silly mistake of selecting the wrong delivery address. I didn't expect them to but they went above and beyond. The only drawback is that the website can be a bit clunky with multiple pop ups, but it's not such an issue that it would stop me from purchasing.”
“I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Knowing they are a relatively small (compared to Sephora etc) Australian owned brand makes it even more impressive and I'm so happy (even excited) to know my money is going to a company that highly values its customers. I would encourage EVERYONE to shop here. Side note: they are also very budget inclusive with the range of products they carry which is always lovely. Thank you Beauty Affairs!!!!”
