“Australia Post lost my package - I had to wait 1 month before they deem it lost. Australia Post then tell me I have to contact the seller which I did on 22nd December. I received the replacement on Christmas Eve at 6pm via courier - just in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present for my daughter. I will recommend Beauty Affairs to everyone I speak to - can't praise their customer service enough.”
