Customer service even assisted me and replaced my order when I made the silly mistake of selecting the wrong delivery address. I didn't expect them to but they went above and beyond. The only drawback is that the website can be a bit clunky with multiple pop ups, but it's not such an issue that it would stop me from purchasing.”

I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life!
