“Poor customer service and defective products. Products purchased, colour when applied on skin wasn't colour as described on website. Products were defective, Beauty Bay said because I'd used it (only once) they wouldn't refund me or arrange for the items to be returned even under the Sale of Goods Act. Reported as faulty well within the 7 day returns policy still refused to help. I WILL NEVER USE BEAUTY BAY AGAIN.”
