“The first pomade I brought was ebony when I had much darker hair, so when I was running low I thought let’s try lighter shade. I am in the process of getting my hair lighter, so to me the Medium Brown Pomade is amazing, it’s quick and easy to work with, a little also goes a long way. I think the price is amazing, pigment is obviously there! Beauty Bay are great Woth delivery times. I ordered around 3 in the afternoon and received it the next day around 12/1. Can’t fault absolutely anything, I wish there was gift bundles of underrated items for us all to test out!

“I placed a big order with different items (including this one) however I have never received it! But the thing that shoked me is that the customer service just ignores my messages to them! It was my Christmas gift and I never received it and I spent a lot of money on that! I’m not even sure if I can do anything about it when the customer support doesn’t want to do anything with that. I just lost my money and I will never order from Beauty Bay again (it wasn’t the first time I ordered here). Awful support for customers and completely indifference toward customer satisfaction!”
