“Ordered for Christmas delivery... it was returned before delivery for reasons I haven’t been able to fathom. Customer Services are very vague as to why and you have to jump through a fair few hoops to make contact. Won’t use Beauty Bay again.”

“I have bought this product over 3 times on this site however my most recent purchase seems as though I got sent a fake version of the product. The packaging was totally different as I compared with my previous one that ran out, the consistency is dry, doesn’t go on smooth and shiny on my eyebrows like previously. Think I’m going to stick to the original website next time. Waste of £19 plus delivery charge”
“This pomade is by far the very best I have tried. I would say it was worth the price tag when it was £15, I won’t be buying it again though now that the price has increased, think I will try other brands such as the NYX tame and cram brow pomade. Shame though because it’s a really nice product”
