“I am extremely disappointed with this product! I was given this as a present for Christmas 2016 and within 2 weeks it snapped inside and could not be used. I then emailed beautybay, who were very good and replaced the product within days; however, the new product I was given snapped again and cannot be used, only 2 months after receiving it! “If your brows aren't on the fuller side I wouldn't reccomend this. Where the tip is quite chunky this doesn't allow much precision in comparison to the brow wiz. Would only recommend if your brows require minimal filling in otherwise it can be quite messy. Would definitely use this is I had fuller eyebrows though.”
